Can't compete--just a sinus infection here. Are you going to have them yanked? I had my tonsils removed when I was five and got to eat lots and lots of ice cream. It wasn't that bad, actually. :-)

well, several days out now, and I'm feeling much, much better! Slept most of new year's day and the day after, so no shopping, but all I have is some nasal congestion and a bit of a cough.
When I was a teen-ager, tonsillitis used to land me in the hosptial. they never wanted to yank 'em for fear something worse would develop. thank god those days are over!
