Are galumplkies (sp) stuffed cabbage? I make that all the time,and I think I remember a friend of mine calling them that! One of my favorite all time comfort foods... :)
yep! that's stuffed cabbage! some darned good stuff. And the local place we go, Sharkey's in Chicopee, has some of *the best* of both g's and p's that I've ever had. (being from central NJ, everything I ate growing up was ethnic...although we never knew it)
